4 part series

April 10 2022

Despite the snow squalls, spring has sprung!

And there's nothing like getting some spring cleaning done.


 In yoga and Ayurveda, there are thought to be 7 chakras (or points of spiraling energy) along the length of the spine, beginning at the tailbone and ending at the top of the head.


 In this 2 1/2 hour workshop, we will complete a series of postures, followed by a guided meditation, done with the intention of decluttering the chakras so fresh energy can freely flow between them!


There will be time for reflection, introspection and writing; the movement will connect us to each chakra and affirmations will enliven the flow. The whole experience will move us to make space to create, to grow, to move toward restarting.
